14" Griddle with Side Burner

The latching hood really locks in heat nicely, so my bacon came out crispy even on a windy campsite. Side burner boiled water for coffee while I cooked eggs on the main griddle. This thing feels sturdy and well-made for its compact size.

I was surprised how evenly the griddle surface heated up, even on a windy camping trip. The side burner gave me just the extra space I needed to simmer sauce while cooking breakfast. That latching hood really does lock in place, making transport a breeze.

The side burner is a game-changer for simmering sauce while I cook bacon on the griddle. The briefcase-style handle makes it super easy to carry from the car to the campsite.
