ملعقة شواء مسطحة

The beveled edge scrapes up stuck-on bits without gouging the griddle surface, which is exactly what I needed. It’s got enough weight to feel sturdy but isn’t tiring to hold during a long cook.

You know it's solid the second you pick it up — that stainless steel has some real heft to it. I've scraped down a greasy griddle after a big cookout and it didn't bend a millimeter, plus the beveled edge slides right under stubborn bits. Worth every penny.

The beveled edge is perfect for getting under smashed burger patties without shredding them. I've used it for scraping up stuck-on cheese and flipping eggs on the griddle, and the stainless steel hasn't bent a bit.
