I was worried cleanup would be a hassle, but the patented rear grease management system makes it incredibly easy. The hard cover keeps it safe from weather, too.
The 28-inch cooking surface is huge—I fed eight people with no trouble, and the rear grease management kept cleanup simple. Fires up fast and heats evenly across the whole griddle.
The hard cover is a game-changer—fits snug and keeps the griddle clean between cooks. I love how the rear grease system directs everything into the cup, no messy drip trays to deal with. Plenty of cooking space for a big batch of pancakes and bacon without feeling crowded.
