The pepper and garlic come through strong but balanced, so I didn't need to add a thing to the steak before grilling. The 7.3 oz jar has lasted through a couple of months of weekly beef and pork dinners, which feels like solid value.

Used this on a pork loin last weekend and the crust it formed was incredible. The 7.3 oz container is plenty big, and the salt-to-spice ratio is spot on.

The onion and garlic really come through on a simple pan-seared steak, and the salt level is just right for a 7.3 oz bottle that'll last a while. Even my picky teenager asked for seconds on the pork chops.
