Æggerings

Used these for the first time this morning and the sausage patty came out perfectly round, no more jagged edges. The four circles handled two sandwiches at once without any hassle, and cleanup was just a quick rinse.

The circles are wide enough that a whole egg spreads out perfectly flat, so every bite of my sandwich gets a consistent layer instead of a clumpy middle. Cleanup is just a quick rinse since nothing sticks, and the bundle gives me four spares when I’m making a big batch for the family.

My breakfast sandwiches finally look like the ones from the deli down the street. The set of eight means I can cook four at once and keep the sausage patties perfectly round too.
