I was skeptical about an electric griddle, but this one heats up evenly across the whole 17-inch surface. Cleanup is a breeze with that non-stick coating, and I've used it for pancakes and bacon without any sticking issues.
The ceramic titanium coating really is slick—eggs slide right off with just a swipe of the spatula. Cleanup took me under a minute, which is amazing for a 17-inch surface.
I love that this griddle heats up quickly and the ceramic titanium surface makes cleanup effortless—no more scrubbing stuck-on grease. Perfect for indoor breakfast or tailgating without dealing with propane tanks.
