My patties come out exactly the same thickness every single time now, which has completely changed how evenly they cook on the griddle. It’s such a simple tool but honestly the uniform shape makes a huge difference.

The first time I used it, I pressed two patties and they came out exactly the same thickness—my griddle cook time is way more predictable now. The handle stays cool enough to grip comfortably even after sitting near the heat, which I didn't expect.

Pressing down on the patties takes almost no effort and they all came out the exact same thickness, which cooked evenly on my griddle. That consistent size makes a real difference when you’re feeding a crowd.
