Evelyn ★★★★★

Smoked a whole chicken with this last weekend and the spice blend gave it that deep, earthy kick you’d expect from a real bayou kitchen. The 5.8-ounce bottle is plenty generous for weekly cooking, and I've already gone through half of it without getting bored.

Ella ★★★★★

The 5.8-ounce bottle has lasted me through a dozen dishes, and the blend still tastes as bold as the first shake. It’s my go-to for gumbo, but even a simple sprinkle on roasted potatoes brings that bayou kick.

Daniel ★★★★★

Sprinkled this on fried chicken and it tasted like it came straight from a Louisiana kitchen. The 5.8-ounce bottle lasted me through a month of heavy use, and the blend is bold without being overwhelming.
