Took this kit on a weekend camping trip and the grinder handled the beans perfectly, even with morning groggy hands. The mug is sturdy and the whole setup packs down small enough to toss in the car without a second thought. Coffee tasted just as good as my home setup, which surprised me.
The collapsible drip filter holder folds down flat enough to tuck into my daypack, and the grinder handles a full batch of beans without jamming. Brewing a fresh cup by the lake this morning felt almost as good as my home setup.
Grinding beans right at the campsite with the built-in grinder made my morning coffee taste way fresher than anything I've had from a thermos, and the whole kit collapses small enough to tuck into my daypack. The mug feels sturdy in hand, and cleanup took less than two minutes.
