Grille chauffante réglable

The adjustable height is a lifesaver when I’m juggling pancakes and bacon on the griddle, and that slight bevel really does stop the bacon from sliding off like my old rack did. Everything stays hot without steaming, which is exactly what I needed.

The beveled surface actually works—my bacon fat drains off instead of pooling, and the burgers I finished early stayed warm while I grilled the veggies. It’s become a staple on my griddle every single cookout now.

Last week I finally got to use it during a big breakfast cook-off, and the beveled surface actually works—my pancakes stayed put while the bacon sizzled below. It’s a simple thing, but having the main dish up top and sides cooking underneath changed my whole griddle flow.
