Tapis de spatule

I was skeptical it would actually keep my griddle station tidy, but the silicone mat catches all the drips and gives my spatula a stable home between flips. Cleans up with a quick wipe, so no more greasy mess on the counter.

The silicone is thick enough that my spatula stays put without sliding around, which is exactly what I needed. It's nice having a dedicated spot so I'm not constantly wiping grease off the counter between flips.

My silicone mat keeps my griddle area so much tidier now that the spatula has a designated home and I’m not wiping grease off the counter every few minutes. It’s also easy to rinse clean when I’m done cooking, which I appreciate.
