Bumbu Griddle Ayam

This is my new go-to for weeknight chicken. The blend is savory without being salty, and it makes the griddle smell incredible while cooking.

I’ve been using this on chicken breasts and even some veggies on the griddle, and the savory kick it adds is spot on without being too salty. The blend is simple to shake on straight from the jar, which makes weeknight cooking way less fussy. It’s become a staple in my kitchen rotation already.

The blend clings evenly to the meat without clumping, and the savory kick it adds to a simple griddle-cooked chicken breast is exactly what I wanted for quick weeknight dinners. It's become my go-to for a no-fuss flavor boost.
