Bumbu Fajita

The bottle lasted me through a full summer of weekend grill sessions, and the 6.2 oz size is perfect for that. Sprinkled this on some skirt steak and bell peppers before hitting the skillet, and the whole kitchen smelled like a real taqueria. Nothing fancy to mix, just shake and cook.

Cooked up a whole skillet of chicken and peppers with this last night and the whole kitchen smelled like a real taqueria. The blend is perfectly balanced, not too salty, and the 6.2 oz bottle will easily get me through a month of weekend fajita nights.

The 6.2 oz bottle lasts a good while since a little goes a long way on veggies and carne asada. I threw it on some sliced bell peppers and onions in a hot skillet and the whole kitchen smelled like a taqueria.
