28" Griddle with Hard Cover Bundle

The hard cover fits like a glove and makes storage a breeze; I’ve already used it to feed a dozen guests without any flare-ups. It heated up fast and stayed consistent, and the rear grease management kept cleanup from being a hassle.

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly the propane burners heat the griddle, even when cooking for a large group. The hard cover is sturdy and fits snugly, making cleanup and storage much easier than I expected.

The 28-inch cooking surface is huge—I cooked breakfast for ten people without crowding. The propane hookup was simple and the flat top heats evenly across the whole griddle. Really solid build, too; the hard cover feels like it will last for years.
