28" XL Omnivore Griddle with Hood

I was worried a griddle that size would take forever to heat up, but the cooking surface got evenly hot in just a few minutes. The hood is a game-changer for keeping the heat in and cooking through even on breezy evenings.

The Omnivore griddle plate really does cook more evenly than my old flat top—everything from pancakes to burgers came out perfect. The hood was a game-changer for holding in heat and keeping splatter off the patio.

The hood makes all the difference for heat retention; even on a windy evening everything cooked evenly across the whole griddle plate. Cleanup was surprisingly quick thanks to the non-stick surface.
