I love being able to control each side of the griddle independently, and the 34,000 BTUs heat up fast enough for a big breakfast spread. The air fryer drawer is a nice bonus, though I've mostly used it for fries so far.

The air fryer drawer is a game-changer for quick sides while the griddle handles the main course, and 34,000 BTUs heat up in no time. I made breakfast for six with no wait between batches.

The dual cooking zones let me sear burgers and fry onions at the same time, and the airfryer drawer crisped up fries perfectly—everything came out great.
