36" Omnivore Griddle w/ Hard Cover

The hard cover clicks on securely, making cleanup and storage effortless. I can finally cook for the whole family without hot spots burning anything.

Cooked a full breakfast for eight people and the hard cover kept everything warm while I finished the eggs. No hot spots at all, which is a huge upgrade from my old cast iron.

The consistent heat across the entire surface means no more hot spots, and eggs slide right off without sticking. My cookouts have gotten way better.
