I was skeptical about the two probes at first, but being able to monitor both a steak and chicken thighs at once really changed my grilling game. The display snapping onto the side shelf rail is solid and doesn't wobble at all, even when I'm flipping food nearby.
The rail attachment is so clever—I didn’t have to fumble for a spot on the griddle, it just clicked right on. Probe temps read fast and steady, which took the guesswork out of my brisket. Exactly what I needed for weekend cookouts.
The dual probes are a game changer for my tri-tip cooks—I can track the thickest part and the thinner end at the same time, and the display stays firmly clipped to the side rail even when I’m flipping burgers. It’s precise enough that my steaks come off exactly at 130°F now.
