The grease gate sits flush enough that I barely lose any bacon bits into the drip tray, but the oil still flows out clean. And I love that the spatula holder clicks right onto the side rail—no more laying my flipper on the messy griddle top.
The spatula holder clips on so securely that I don't worry about it falling off mid-flip, and the grease gate really does let the oil pour through while keeping my onions from escaping. Quick install, and it's made cleanup way less annoying.
The grease gate is a total game changer—food stays put on the griddle while the grease still slides right out the back. And the spatula holder clips on without wobbling, so everything stays within arm's reach while I'm cooking.
