I was skeptical about the air fryer burner being useful, but it crisps wings beautifully while the other zones handle burgers at the same time. The 60,000 total BTUs give serious restaurant-level heat across the whole 36-inch surface.
The four independent zones let me sear steaks on one side while gently scrambling eggs on another, and the air fryer burner crisps wings perfectly without extra oil.
Cooking for a crowd used to be such a hassle, but having four independent zones on this griddle means I can do bacon, pancakes, and eggs all at once without flavors mixing. The air fryer burner really crisps up fries perfectly while the main griddle stays hot—absolutely love the versatility.
