The Omnivore griddle surface is much more responsive than my old flat top; it heats evenly edge-to-edge without any hot spots. I’ve already cooked a full pound of bacon and then eggs right in the leftover grease, and cleanup was just a quick scrape.
The hood traps heat so well that my pancakes were perfectly cooked in half the usual time. Cleanup is a breeze with the new griddle surface—just a quick scrape and wipe down. Definitely made outdoor breakfasts way more enjoyable.
The hood makes a huge difference in keeping the heat consistent, even on a windy day. I cooked pancakes and eggs side by side without any hot spots thanks to the Omnivore griddle surface.
