The grease from last night's burger came off my griddle in one pass, no scrubbing needed. I've been using them on the pizza oven too and they hold up way better than the paper towels I was stuck with before.
Finally, a cloth that actually handles the greasy aftermath of a pizza oven without falling apart mid-wipe. They pull food residue right off the griddle surface, and I've washed them a few times without them losing their grip.
