I use this press for smash burgers on my camp stove, and the folding handle makes it easy to pack flat in my gear bag. The silicone surface heats evenly and didn't stick at all, even with bacon.
The folding handle is a game-changer for packing—this thing barely takes up any room in my camping bin. It pressed my bacon flat and crispy without any hot spots on the griddle.
Finally got around to using this for paninis on my camp stove, and the folding handle made storage in my packed cooler a breeze. The silicone edge seared a perfect crust without any sticking.
