I was skeptical about whether this would really work, but after two scoops the grease turned into a solid block within a couple minutes, and cleanup took maybe half the time it used to. Definitely saves me from pouring hot oil down the drain or waiting overnight for it to cool.

I used to dread dealing with leftover grease after frying, but one scoop of this powder into the hot cup and it turns solid in a couple of minutes. Cleanup went from a messy pour-into-the-trash situation to just scraping a solid chunk into the bin. Definitely buying another container when this runs

Two scoops into a cup of leftover bacon grease and it was solid enough to toss in the trash within a few minutes. Made cleanup so much faster than waiting for it to cool and scraping it out.
