Having three separate cooking zones really lets me handle breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same time without any flavor crossover. The 48,000 BTUs heat up fast and stay consistent even when I'm cooking for a crowd.

I was a bit skeptical about the rear grease management system, but after a few cooks it works exactly as promised. The 48,000 total BTUs heat up fast and evenly across the 613 square inches of cooking space.

The three independent cooking zones are a game-changer; I can sear steaks on one side while keeping veggies warm on another. The 613 square inches of cooking space easily handled a full breakfast for the whole family.
