I’ve been using this griddle for weekend breakfasts and the Omnivore plate heats up evenly across the surface without any cold spots. The four heat zones let me cook eggs, pancakes, and bacon all at different temps at the same time. Definitely a solid upgrade from my old portable griddle.
I can finally cook pancakes, eggs, and bacon all at once without anything burning — the four heat zones really let you dial in each section perfectly. The drop-in install was straightforward, and the hood keeps splatters contained. I've used it every weekend since getting it hooked up.
The four independent heat zones are a game changer for cooking breakfast—I can have bacon on low, pancakes on medium, and eggs on high all at once. The hood does a great job containing the splatter, and cleanup was easier than I expected. Definitely glad I opted for the natural gas hookup.
