28" Griddle with Hood

Cooked breakfast for six this morning and the surface stayed evenly hot across the whole 28 inches, no cold spots even with the hood down. The iron-forged build feels noticeably sturdier than my old setup, and cleanup was just a quick scrape and wipe.
