Cut it down to fit my 28” griddle in one clean pass, and the mat lays flat without curling at the edges. It’s already saved me from a nasty grease splatter stain, so the cleanup after burgers was just a quick wipe.

Trimming it to size took maybe two minutes with scissors, and now I don't stress about grease splatters or scratches when I’m done cooking. It lies flat and hasn't shifted once, even when I folded it up mid-cool-down to wipe underneath.
