That 21,000 BTU output is no joke—I had the surface screaming hot in under two minutes flat, and the 361 square inches gave me room for a full batch of smash burgers without crowding. The hard cover snaps on tight enough that I don't worry about it rattling loose on the drive home.
The hard cover is what sold me on this bundle—it snaps on tight enough that I don't worry about it flying off in the truck bed. Between the 361 square inches and that fast heat-up, I had burgers going for six people without any waiting around.
That 21,000 BTUs means the surface is scorching in under two minutes, which made searing steaks for the whole crew stupidly easy. The 361 square inches gave us plenty of room to cook eggs and bacon at the same time without crowding.
