I was surprised how easy it is to carry around with the handle, just like a briefcase. The latching hood made set-up a breeze and kept everything contained while cooking.
The latching hood is genius—it keeps everything hot while I move the griddle from the car to the picnic table. Cooked bacon and eggs for six people in under 20 minutes with zero mess. Perfect for tailgating or camping.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to carry this griddle around with the briefcase-style handle. The latching hood kept everything secure during transport, and it heats evenly enough for a full breakfast spread.
