Kraftig skrapa med skurpad

The scrub pad side is what sold me—it lifts the grease right off without scratching the surface, and the scraper handle gives you real leverage when something's baked on. I've used it three times now and my griddle looks brand new every time, no elbow grease required.

The steel scraper rips through burnt-on cheese and grease without me having to lean into it, and the scrub pad on the back handles the rest of the gunk. Honestly, my griddle went from sticky mess to spotless in about two minutes flat.

Used it on a couple of weekends of griddle cooking now, and the steel scraper really does chew through the burnt-on bits without scratching the surface. The only reason it's not a perfect five is that the scrub pad wears down a little faster than I'd like.
