The rear grease management is an absolute game-changer, I don't have to worry about drips making a mess on the patio anymore. Fired it up with the piezo ignition on the first click, and the 24,000 BTUs seared a whole batch of burgers evenly across the 361 square inches.
The flexfold legs make this thing incredibly stable on uneven ground, which was my biggest worry. Cooked a full breakfast for six on the 361 square inches and the grease just ran right into the rear tray—no mess on the table.
The piezo ignition fired up on the first click, which I wasn't expecting from a portable griddle. Cooked a full breakfast for four people with room to spare, and the rear grease management meant zero mess on my tailgate.
