1825/1853 White Cutting Board

It sits perfectly flush on the griddle’s side shelf, so I’ve got a sturdy prep area right there while cooking. The white surface really lets me see any crumbs or juice spills clearly, making cleanup quick.

The surface is so smooth that my knife glides without any rocking, and it hasn't warped at all after a few months of outdoor cooking. I just wish it had a juice groove, but for slicing veggies and meats it’s been a solid addition to my prep area.
