28" Omnivore Griddle with Hard Cover

Fired this up for a family reunion and the 24,000 BTUs had the entire surface searing evenly within minutes. The hard cover locks on tight, which made hauling it back to the garage easy.

Cooking 87 hot dogs at once is no joke—this griddle handled a full backyard party without breaking a sweat. The 24,000 BTUs heat up the surface fast and evenly, and the hard cover locks in clean storage. Perfect for big crowds.

The hard cover is surprisingly sturdy and locks down tight, which gives me peace of mind for outdoor storage. I cooked for a party of 20 with no crowding on the 28-inch surface.
