Vỉ nướng omnivore 28 inch này có nắp đậy với công suất 24.000 BTU nhiệt áp chảo, giúp bạn dễ dàng chế biến mọi món ăn yêu thích. Với hai vùng nấu độc lập, bạn có thể nấu nướng hết công suất. Nắp đậy vừa bảo vệ vỉ nướng khỏi thời tiết, vừa đóng vai trò như mái vòm hấp, giúp giữ ẩm và nấu chín đều thức ăn.
I was a little worried about the size, but 28 inches is perfect for feeding the whole family. The 24,000 BTUs really sear steaks beautifully, and the hood traps the smoke so the kitchen doesn't get hazy.
Two separate zones mean I can have pancakes on low and bacon on high at the same time without any fuss. That 24,000 BTU output sears a perfect crust on steaks in under two minutes flat.
The hood makes a huge difference—it traps heat beautifully for even cooking and keeps the kitchen from getting smoky. I've done everything from pancakes to smash burgers on this, and the 24,000 BTUs sear steaks perfectly.
