The 8.3-ounce bottle is a solid size, and one shake on grilled chicken gave it that deep, peppery Louisiana-style depth without needing anything else. I've been reaching for it all week on seafood and it hasn’t clumped up at all, which is my usual seasoning gripe.

Sprinkled this on a batch of shrimp before grilling and the Louisiana-style kick came through perfectly without overpowering. The blend clings nicely to the seafood, and that 8.3-ounce bottle is going to last me a good while.

The 8.3-ounce bottle is bigger than I expected, so it’ll last through plenty of meals. I used it on some grilled chicken and the Louisiana-style kick was just right—not too salty, but it definitely wakes up the taste buds. I’ve already gone back for a second shake on my eggs this morning.
