The 12,500 BTU burner heats up fast and sears steaks beautifully on my patio. I really appreciate the rear grease management system, as clean-up is much simpler than my old grill.
I was a little skeptical about a tabletop griddle being powerful enough, but the 12,500 BTU output heats up incredibly fast and stays consistent across the whole 267 sq. inches. That rear grease management is a lifesaver—no mess on my counter at all.
The integrated hood makes a huge difference—no more splatter all over the stovetop. Cleanup is a breeze thanks to that rear grease channel. Perfect size for college dorm cooking.
