The two cooking zones are a game changer—I can run the griddle at full blast for searing while the air fryer burner crisps up the sides at the same time. That extra 13,000 BTU just for air frying means the wings actually come out crunchy without drying out.
The air fryer burner kicked in at 13,000 BTUs and crisped up wings faster than my old standalone unit. Being able to run the two 34,000 BTU zones independently means I can sear steaks and roast veggies at the same time without juggling temps.
The dual-zone setup handles a big family dinner without me juggling pans, and the 34,000 BTU total gives plenty of heat. Only nitpick is the air fryer burner adds 13,000 BTU but the fan’s a touch louder than I’d like, though it’s done crisp results so far.
