28" Omnivore Griddle with Hood

Switched from my old flat top, and the two independent heat zones are a game-changer for making breakfast and dinner at the same time. The hood traps heat nicely, so my bacon crisps up while the pancakes stay warm.

I was a bit skeptical about the two heat zones, but they really let me cook pancakes on one side while keeping bacon warm on the other. The hood catches most of the splatter, so cleanup isn’t nearly as bad as my old griddle.
