I love how evenly the Omnivore griddle plate heats up—no more hot spots when I'm cooking a big batch of pancakes and eggs. The hood also keeps the wind from messing with the flame, which was my main worry for outdoor cooking.
The hood traps heat so well that even on a windy day the griddle surface stayed perfectly steady, and cleanup was quick with the removable plate. Cooked pancakes, eggs, and smash burgers all at once without any hot spots.
The omnivore plate heats evenly across the entire surface, so I can cook pancakes on one side and bacon on the other without hot spots. Hooked up to my natural gas line, it’s ready to go instantly and saves me from swapping propane tanks mid-breakfast.
