The scoop is small but mighty—one scoop turned a cup of hot grease into a solid block in about two minutes, and cleanup went from paper towel wrestling to a simple scrape. I’ve used it three times now and the mess on my griddle tray is basically gone.

The first time I used it, I was honestly skeptical, but after adding the scoops to a cup of warm grease, it turned solid fast enough that cleanup took half the time. It's now a permanent part of my griddle routine.
