SILICONE BAKING PAPER SHEET

We do a lot of sheet-pan dinners and this has cut my soaking time down to nothing, the food just slides right off onto the plate. It’s sturdy enough that I’ve reused one three times now and it still lies flat on the griddle without curling.

The cleanup after griddle breakfasts used to be the worst part, but this non-stick sheet has completely changed that. I just wipe it down or toss it after warming up the leftovers, and my griddle surface stays pristine.

I set the sheet down before roasting veggies and nothing stuck, not even the cheese that melted over the edges. Scraping the griddle afterward took maybe ten seconds. Doesn't get much easier than that.
