I was honestly surprised how evenly the Omnivore griddle plate heats across all four zones, which made cooking everything from pancakes to stir-fry a breeze. The hood keeps the splatter down, and cleanup took maybe five minutes.
The four independently controlled heat zones are a game-changer—I can sear steaks on one side while keeping veggies warm on the other. Even the hood helps lock in heat for consistent cooking. This griddle handles big family meals without a hitch.
I grilled pancakes, eggs, and bacon all at once using the four heat zones—each cooked perfectly without any overlap in temperature. The hood traps the heat and grease splatter, making cleanup noticeably easier.
