This hood makes a huge difference for melting cheese on burgers and keeping the surface warm on windy days, and the front shelf gives me just enough room for a stack of plates. I’ve already used it three times this week, and cleanup is way easier than I expected with the hooded design.

The hood doubles as a basting dome and actually keeps the heat in perfectly—my eggs came out fluffy and the bacon crispy without any flare-ups. Having that front shelf right there for seasoning bottles and a spatula makes flipping so much easier.

The hood works great for trapping steam while I cook, and the front shelf gives me a sturdy spot to set my spatula and seasoning bottles. Cleanup is easy too since the griddle surface wipes down without much effort.
