Plancha Omnivore 28"

The 28-inch surface is so spacious that I cooked bacon, eggs, and pancakes all at once for a family of four. The heat distribution really is as even as they claim — no hot spots burning one side while the other stays raw. Cleanup was surprisingly easy, just a quick scrape and wipe down.

Fired it up for a weekend breakfast and was really impressed by how quickly the entire surface heated up with no cold spots. The versatile cooking area handled pancakes on one side and eggs on the other without any issues. It’s a solid upgrade from my old camping griddle.

The even heat distribution across the 28-inch surface makes breakfast for a crowd so much easier — eggs and pancakes cook perfectly at the same time.
