Sekop Pizza

The 12-inch surface is just right for my home oven, and the thin edge slides under a pizza without tearing the crust. It's made transferring pies onto my pizza steel much less stressful.

I've been using this peel for a few weeks now, and the thin, tapered edge makes sliding under a fully-loaded pizza surprisingly easy. It's sturdy enough not to flex when I lift a pie off the stone, which was my main worry with cheaper models.

The 12-inch size is just right for my home oven, and the smooth surface lets pizzas slide off effortlessly every time.
