Paravento da 36"

The wind screen does exactly what it says—no more flare-ups from sudden gusts while I'm grilling. The 36-inch width covers my whole cooking surface, and the fold-up design makes it easy to stash when not in use.

The magnets snap on securely and it folds flat for storage, so it's easy to stash in the shed. Cooked a full batch of chicken thighs on a gusty afternoon and the flame stayed steady the whole time—definitely worth the money.

My burgers finally cook evenly on breezy evenings, and the screen's height is just right to block gusts without getting in the way of flipping. Heat stays put, so the griddle doesn't struggle to hold temperature.
