BLACKSTONE Paravento da 28"

Windy days used to ruin my griddle sessions, but this screen wraps around cleanly and keeps the flames steady. Took two minutes to set up, and it folds flat for easy storage. My burgers finally cook evenly without me chasing the wind.

Our campsite is right off the lake and the breeze never quits, but this screen finally makes cooking bearable. It fits the griddle snugly and blocks the wind without flapping around, so the heat stays steady. My burgers actually got a crust instead of simmering in their own steam.

We camp on a hill that gets gusty every evening, and the screen kept the flames steady enough that my burgers actually seared instead of simmering. The 28-inch width covers the griddle edges perfectly, and it folds flat for storage in the truck.
