  1. Pulisci la superficie 
  2. Preriscalda la piastra o la ghisa 
  3. Preleva il condimento per piastre e applicalo sulla superficie 
  4. Distribuisci uniformemente il condimento per piastre 
  5. Lascia che il condimento bruci (fumi) via 
  6. Ripeti i passaggi 3-5 (almeno 3 volte) 
  7. Inizia a cucinare! 
  8. Per mantenere la stagionatura, applica un sottile strato dopo ogni utilizzo o dopo la pulizia 

Attenzione - La combustione spontanea (incendio) può verificarsi a causa di materiali imbevuti di olio. Smaltire correttamente stracci/asciugamani imbevuti di olio.
