I was able to cook breakfast for eight people in under 20 minutes on that massive 768-square-inch cooking surface. The hard cover makes cleanup a breeze and keeps the griddle protected from the elements.
The hard cover locks on solidly and keeps the cooking surface clean even through a rainstorm. I easily cooked four pounds of bacon and two dozen pancakes at once, and cleanup was just a quick scrape.
I can fit a full breakfast for six on this thing—eggs, bacon, and pancakes all at once with no crowding. The hard cover is sturdy and snaps on tight, keeping the cooking surface protected from rain. Definitely been the centerpiece of our weekend camping trips.
